Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Woodstock Georgia

This week we are working on sweeps from the Guard position. When considering self defense it is not always a good idea to keep your opponent in your guard to attack him, he has an equal amount of things to attack you with as well. so we usually try to work on sweeping the opponent in the guard so we can move to a superior position to attack.
